First you will need two forms of identity, a currant gas bill, a council

We send out our mortgage broker to your home. He will help you to fill out
your buy to let mortgage application form.

mortgage, this is a 25%-30% deposit required mortgage.
Regardless of the price of the property you will receive 25% Deposit plus
25% equity on every property.
This is because we access wholesale property stock and we sell to you at a
25% discount/below the current market value.
